Weyler house
Marratxí
2019-2020
A corner town house with an interior patio. The project tries to adapt to the urban landscape that forms the main street of the town with irregular facades in shape and age.
The "edges" always create dilations and opportunities to occupy spaces.
Thus, an attempt is made to give importance to these spaces in the form of a void to create the entrance and the balcony, two spaces that are related to the street.
The rest of the façade tries to close itself to the street to provide visual and acoustic privacy.
Inside we find the typical patio of the houses between party walls of the town. This is where the life of the house takes place...
